Love the sound of both of those...know what I mean??? I can't believe that we're finally leaving for Chautauqua, New York in just a few hours, well Friday afternoon anyway's, and YES...we are in search of a White Christmas! We just don't get too many of those down here in Florida and we cannot wait. Can't wait to feel snow crunch beneath my feet, and the sounds of snowballs hurling by me from my kids, I can't wait to smell a fire crackling in the fireplace and to snap on the skiis again and fly down the mountain with my little ones. Gosh, I wish I could live like that all year round. But for the next 2 1/2 weeks, I'll be able to live it and I'm sooooo excited.
I've decided to post a few more Christmas projects for you all. And these are using stamps from Purple Onion Designs, and to see more designs from the most talented group of girls, try visiting their blog, and you can find it here. Well enjoy and I think this will probably be my last post till after we get back from NY...(though we are in no hurry whatsoever). :)
And this last little project was made using a rusty metal barn star, I painted it with silver metallic paint, sprinkled glitter on it, and embellished it with a felt snowflake, a handmade candy cane made from pipe cleaners, a glittered star, bakers twine, and a real "working" rusty bell. The ornament is tied with a red gingham ribbon. Hope you enjoy!
Well I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and a Wonderful New Year! I'll be seeing you all soon in 2010! :)
