I think they look like little mini firecrackers huh? Anyway, they are made with wooden spools, papers from Websters and Bo Bunny, heavy gauge wire, german glass glitter, stamps, and glass beads. I decopaged the papers to the spools and inked around the edges. Stars were punch then covered with glitter, flags were stamped and beads were added to the wires. Becky Shander made a different version of these as place settings in the newest issue of Somerset Life. Enjoy!!! ;)
