Hey everyone, thank you so much for stopping by today. I'm here to show you my newest favorite die by Lori Whitlock, and this is the Apron Box, Bigz XL die that will seriously melt your heart! This is hands down, the absolute perfect die to create the sweetest little gift bag ever. How many times are you looking for special packaging to share cookies, or treats, even a jar of jam and cooking utensils? How lovely they would be presented in a gift bag resembling an apron. I hope you enjoy!
Can you imagine how sweet these would be at a cookie exchange party?
It's a very simple bag to put together, simply sandwich an extended cutting pad, followed by the Apron, Box Bigz XL die, (cutting blade face up), your pattern paper on top, and lastly top it with a premium extended crease pad, then roll the sandwich through your Sizzix Big Shot.
You will need to cut two fronts, two sides, one pocket and the accessories that accompany the die.
Fold at the scored lines and adhere all the sides together. It couldn't be any easier.
For the pocket front, I chose to machine stitch around the sides, to give it more of a handmade look. Then embellished with some yummy stickers. Insert the oven mitt into the pocket and you've got a really cute tag to write on.
This bad holds so much you can fill it to your hearts content!
I simply adore this die, and this project.
Thank you so much for stopping in today! I hope you stop back soon!
